The Olympus WS-210s Digital Voice Recorder is exactly what I needed. Never having owned one before I bought it just on a thought that I might. I had been to hear several speakers and have missed not being able to go back and listen to portions of their presentations, but I have used it several times now to record meetings, shopping lists, reading written scripts for business, etc. It is very good. The controls are easy to operate even for a ham fingered guy like me. The only slight problem I have is pulling the unit apart to get the USB end exposed. Like I say ham fingered. The button to release is indented slightly so I have to get the tip of my finger on it and pull it apart. Just feels like I am going to break it. Over all a great machine. 17 hours recording time is enough since you can download what youve recorded to the computer without any additional software.
